Invofox is the leading document AI platform for software companies — powering production-grade document automation with our API. We parse millions of documents per month and work with fast-growing tech teams across the US, Europe, and LATAM.

So far, we’ve scaled through a strong outbound sales motion — and it’s worked. Now we’re looking to build a high-performance inbound engine to complement that and drive scalable, compounding growth.

🧠 What We’re Looking For


This is a hands-on, full-stack inbound role. You’ll be responsible for driving qualified traffic, converting it into leads, nurturing them through the funnel, and enabling sales to close faster.

We’re starting with a clear focus: make inbound work in the US. That’s the top priority. Once the machine is running, we’ll expand what works to Europe and LATAM.

You’re a fit if you:

  • Have built scalable inbound growth channels before — ideally in B2B SaaS or dev tools
  • Know how to turn SEO and content into revenue, not just rankings
  • Understand lead scoring, intent capture, and pipeline creation
  • Can own reporting, attribution, and optimization without waiting for a RevOps team
  • Want to move fast, test hard, and own a number


🛠️ What You'll Do


  • Build and execute our full-funnel inbound growth strategy
  • Own content strategy: landing pages, SEO content, lead magnets, and technical resources
  • Drive top-of-funnel traffic via SEO, SEM, social, and community channels
  • Create and optimize lead-gen flows: CTAs, forms, nurture emails, etc.
  • Work closely with sales to hand off qualified leads and optimize conversion
  • Own reporting and performance analysis using GA, GSC, HubSpot, etc.
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and keywords to find new growth opportunities
  • Help us build the inbound engine that gets us to $1M+ in revenue — and beyond




âś… Requirements


  • 3+ years in inbound marketing, content strategy, and growth
  • Proven experience generating pipeline for B2B SaaS or dev tools
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, conversion funnels, and performance tracking
  • Comfortable with tools like GA4, GSC, HubSpot, Ahrefs, and CRM workflows
  • Strong writing and editing skills — especially for technical, product-led content
  • Fluent English — written and spoken
  • Based in or willing to relocate to SF or Madrid (hybrid OK)
